I have a network printer with a print server built in. I need help configuring it. When the computer reboots, the IP address resets, and then the computer can't find it anymore.

I can't set it for static IP address because i have wireless laptops on the network that need a dynamic IP address.

Can anyone help?

Usually you can use both static and dynamic IP addresses at the same time. Dynamic usually uses the top half of the ip range (x.x.x.100 - x.x.x.150). So you would just set it up as a static IP to use x.x.x.50 (usually 192.168.1.50) default gateway would be x.x.x.1 (192.168.1.1).

    Hope this helps.
